1. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Get the Goods:

  • Processing Time: We’re moving as fast as we can! Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order.

  • Shipping: Once your package leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Stinky Pinky Flowers is not responsible for packages once they are scanned as "delivered" by the carrier. However, if your package goes missing in transit, reach out and we’ll help you file a claim.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The "Keep It Fresh" Guarantee: We want you to love your merch. If the fit isn’t right or it’s not your vibe, here is the deal:

  • Timeline: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition (no stains, no scents, no pet hair).

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

  • Sale Items: All items marked "Final Sale" are yours to keep forever.

3. DAMAGES & ISSUES

Oops? We inspect every piece of merchandise, but mistakes happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Snap a photo of the issue.

  2. Email us at [Insert Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We’ll send you a replacement label and get a fresh one out to you ASAP.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

THE NITTY GRITTY (Wholesale Terms)

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

  • Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of order via Credit Card or PayPal. Net-30 terms are considered for established partners after the third order.

  • Lead Time: Wholesale orders typically ship within [5-10] business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Retailers are responsible for shipping costs. We ship via [USPS/UPS] and provide tracking immediately upon dispatch.

5. RETURNS & DAMAGES

  • All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory.

  • Damages: If you receive damaged goods or a shipment error, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photos. We will happily replace the items or issue a credit.

Quick Tips for you (The Owner):

  • Resale Certificate: Always ask for their "Resale Certificate" (Tax ID). This proves they are a real business and exempts you from charging them sales tax on the order.
